How to request a refund

2. Our team will reply with next steps, including any return instructions.
3. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are not refundable. If we ask you to return a product, we’ll explain how return shipping works for your order.

Damaged or incorrect items
